Was skeptical about yet another gadget, but this one's actually built like real medical equipment rather than a toy. It's noticeably helped with duration, and the adjustable fit means it doesn't slip mid-use like cheaper options I've tried. Two months in and it's earned a permanent spot in the night
My urologist actually suggested I look into something like this, and after two months the difference in duration is real. The ring itself is comfortable enough to forget you're wearing it, which matters way more than I expected.
Took about three weeks of consistent use before I noticed the difference, but now the quality and duration are noticeably better than before. The ring is comfortable enough that I forget I'm wearing it, which was my biggest worry.
