Was skeptical about yet another app, but the AI actually adjusts the exercises based on my progress each week, which kept me from quitting. The psychological part surprised me more than the physical techniques. Three months in and I finally feel like I'm the one in control.
The CBT-based exercises honestly surprised me, especially the breathing and focus drills since they force you to slow down instead of just rushing through. I've used it for about six weeks and the difference in how long I last is genuinely noticeable.
I was skeptical about an app-based approach, but having it rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy made all the difference for me. The AI seems to genuinely adapt to where I'm at each session, and I've noticed real progress in understanding the mental side of things after just a few weeks.
