I picked this up mostly for the section on identifying and preventing infections, and it ended up being the most useful part. The lessons are broken into short chunks so I could actually get through them on my lunch breaks.
I went in thinking I already knew the basics, but the section that separates bacterial from viral infections actually cleared up a lot I'd been confused about for years. The way it walks through recognizing symptoms early, without any scare tactics, is what kept me watching to the end. Worth the two
The breakdown of prevention versus treatment for infections finally clicked for me—it’s laid out so clearly that I’ve already adjusted a few habits I’d been slacking on. The sections on identifying early signs felt practical, not clinical, which kept me engaged the whole time.
