MYHIXEL Control Solution

The AI coaching actually adapted to my patterns after a couple weeks, which surprised me since I expected generic advice. Pairing the CBT exercises with the physical feedback made the whole thing click in a way willpower alone never did.

I was skeptical about the CBT angle at first, but the daily exercises actually helped me notice my own patterns. Six weeks in and I'm lasting noticeably longer.

Went in thinking this would feel like a generic quiz, but the CBT exercises actually made me pause and rethink my triggers. The AI check-ins feel tailored to what I'm dealing with, not a script.
