My therapist actually suggested this and I was skeptical, but the motion sensors make a huge difference because you can see your progress in the app instead of just guessing. Bluetooth pairing was quick, and after about six weeks I'm lasting noticeably longer.

Wasn't sure about spending this much, but the Bluetooth logging actually gave me data I could show my therapist instead of just guessing. Three weeks in and I'm noticing real changes. The speed sensors catch things I'd never track on my own.

The motion sensor tracks my rhythm precisely, and it's been a game-changer for noticing when I'm about to tip over the edge. I've used it daily for two weeks and the Bluetooth app data actually helped me spot progress I wouldn't have seen otherwise.
